Maybe their are new upgrades,but I have never seen a sceptre with 2 sets of energy on them. Staffs still get the +5 insightful(at max), but wands/sceptres shouldn't have that much energy last i have seen. And never seen a zodiac dragoncrest axe either. I say the sword is awesome,but the others are questionable. I agree with Stuey G pricewise.
